Misc. Obituaries for the year 1915<\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

1915–\u00a0 Sam H Hightower<\/strong>, died Saturday at his home south of Vernon after illness. Burial Sunday under<\/p>\n

auspices of the W O W.\u00a0 Survivors are widow, 4 children and other relatives. (Chipley Verdict)<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

1915– Col. T T Wright<\/strong>, one of the founders of DeFuniak died at his home in Nashville Saturday. He<\/p>\n

built the home now occupied by W L Cawthon, which our older citizens has always known as<\/p>\n

the Wright cottages.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

1915– Mr Killingsworth\u2019s<\/strong> body found Saturday about a half mile below where he was presumed to<\/p>\n

have been drown.\u00a0 No evidence of foul play and jury returned a verdict of accidental death.<\/p>\n

Dr Simmons said there was nothing to the rumors of show wounds in the body.\u00a0 A beer bottle<\/p>\n

2\/3\u2019s full of rum was in the man\u2019s pocket.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

1915–\u00a0 Lizzie Henderson<\/strong>, 13 yr old daughter of Mr & Mrs J F Henderson died Wednesday at the family<\/p>\n

residence and she was buried on Thursday.\u00a0 The family went to country home to spend the<\/p>\n

night, but two members of family were taken sick. The next day Mr Henderson was stricken<\/p>\n

and his condition was regarded as serious.<\/p>\n
