Services were held at Baptist church on<\/p>\n<p>Saturday, interment followed at Magnolia.\u00a0 He is survived by his widow, 2 sons, Cpl.<\/p>\n<p><strong>A D Cosson Jr,\u00a0 <\/strong>and <strong>Vernon<\/strong> <strong>Cosson<\/strong>, 2 brothers, one in Navy at Pensacola, and one<\/p>\n<p>living in Akron, Oh.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>1944 Mar 16 Lonnie <strong>Sharpe<\/strong>, long time resident of DeFuniak, whose death occurred at his home<\/p>\n<p>in the East End were held at Methodist church on Wednesday, interment followed at<\/p>\n<p>Magnolia Cemetery. Survivors are his widow and son <strong>William<\/strong> now with Armed Forces.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>1944 Mar 30 Alvin <strong>Gillis<\/strong>, former DeFuniak resident died suddenly at his home in Orlando,<\/p>\n<p>Monday.\u00a0 Mr Gillis son of Mrs <strong>Norman<\/strong> Gillis and brother to Miss <strong>Kate<\/strong> Gillis. Two<\/p>\n<p>brothers live in Ohio, <strong>Willie<\/strong> C and <strong>Angus<\/strong> M. Gillis. Survivors are widow, 2 sons who<\/p>\n<p>are in armed forces &#8211; <strong>Alvin<\/strong> Jr and <strong>Harold<\/strong>.
