George Coles of Miami<\/strong><\/em> died Jun 1st<\/sup>. He is survived by 2 sons, George L & Robert D<\/p>\n Coles. The Coles are former residents of this county.\u00a0 Mrs Coles died about 2 yrs ago,<\/p>\n and both were buried in Trenton, Ala.\u00a0 Mrs Coles was a sister of Mrs W I Briegel of<\/p>\n this place.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n Mrs Zuripha M Ward, 66<\/strong> <\/em>died Tuesday July 18 in a Port St Joe hospital.\u00a0 Mrs Ward<\/p>\n was native of Bellwood Ala and had lived in Pt St Joe for past 5 yrs. Survivors are<\/p>\n 2 dau Mrs Mary F Knight and Mrs L O Adams; 1 son Thomas M Ward, 1 brother<\/p>\n Charles N McLean; 2 sisters Mrs Maude Bowen & Miss Minerva McLean; 12 gr ch;<\/p>\n 4 gr grands.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n Mr Walker Mitchem 81 yrs<\/strong><\/em> died Monday July 11 in local hospital. He was a native<\/p>\n and lifelong resident of Walton Co.\u00a0 Survivors 2 dau Mrs H C Keel & Mrs J I<\/p>\n Bateman; 3 sons Clarence, Jay & Robert Mitchem; 3 bro Jessie, Chester, &<\/p>\n Jack Mitchem; 1 sis Mrs henry Scott; 10 gr and 16 gr gr.\u00a0 Services held Tuesday<\/p>\n with burial in Pleasant Ridge Baptist Church cemetery.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n Contributed by Lois Danley and Sharon Watson<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":" 1965 July 15 George Coles of Miami died Jun 1st.
