Higginbotham was convicted in Columbia Co on July 8<\/span><sup style=\"bottom: 1ex;\"><span style=\"font-size: 9.5pt; font-family: 'Verdana','sans-serif'; color: #111111;\">th<\/span><\/sup><span class=\"apple-converted-space\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Verdana','sans-serif'; color: #111111;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: 'Verdana','sans-serif'; color: #111111;\">1923\u00a0<\/span>for the death of Tabert and sentenced to 20 yrs in state prison. The body of Baker was\u00a0<span style=\"font-family: 'Verdana','sans-serif'; color: #111111;\">found near the Putnam Lumber Co and had been missing since Oct 19<\/span><sup style=\"bottom: 1ex;\"><span style=\"font-size: 9.5pt; font-family: 'Verdana','sans-serif'; color: #111111;\">th<\/span><\/sup><span style=\"font-family: 'Verdana','sans-serif'; color: #111111;\">, 1924.
