He was a native of Pike Co, Ala and had resided here for 3 yrs. \u00a0Services were Wednesday in Gum Creek Church. Survivors include wife, 4 daughters, Mrs Gladys Briggs, Mrs Ray Mill Knighton, Mrs Ruth Austin, &amp; Mrs Johnnie Muriel Kelly; 3 sons, James, Fred &amp; Buster Wambles.
