E. quarterly conference at Bruce, on Sunday.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Mrs. Kenneth Garrett was a business visitor to DeFuniak on Monday.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Friends of Mr.<\/a> and Mrs. John Miller<\/a> will be glad to learn that their little daughter, who has been seriously ill with pneumonia at the home of their sister, Mrs. D. H. Wise<\/a>, in DeFuniak, is improving at this time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Mrs. J. W. Ward<\/a>, Mrs. Kenneth Garrett<\/a>, Mrs. Ed Bergeron<\/a>, Mrs. T. J. Ward, Mrs. Pink Boone<\/a>, and Miss Evelyn Dickey were delegates to the Baptist Association which met at Pleasant Grove last Friday and Saturday.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Mrs. and Mrs. Willie Howell and children, of Samson, Ala., were the guests of their aunt, Mrs. Graham Ward, a short while on Sunday afternoon.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Mr. Ernest Adams<\/a> was a business visitor to DeFuniak Springs, Monday.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Mr. Billie Hightower and Miss Elaine Currie of Marianna, and Miss Mary Margaret Campbell and Miss Minerva McLean of DeFuniak, visited friends here Sunday afternoon.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":" FREEPORT NEWS Rev. and Mrs. A.
