The Breeze – October 27, 1910 – Page 8

R. H. Jackson received a telegram Tuesday morning [November 1, 1910] stating the death of his brother J. L. Jackson of Vernon, Florida. The body of the deceased will be brought here today. The funeral will be held at Mossybend as well as the interment. Mr. Jackson was a turpentine operator and was well known in this section and his death will be felt here as well as his home town. He was being operated on at the time of his death but for the lack of time we were unable to get very many particulars.
