Notice is hereby given that James McCarty, who was convicted for the murder of John Barker at the fall term of the circuit court in Walton county, Florida, in 1897, and sentenced to the state prison for life will make application for a full and free pardon to the State Board of Pardons at their next regular meeting. The April 18th, 1910 – Chas. O. Andrews, Attorney for applicant.
