  • Lecture by Dr. Atkinson. Tuesday night, on “Makers of the French Revolution” points at way our country could go
  • Dr. Geisel lectured on “new paper bag cooking”.
  • Superintendent Bruce arranged for the celebrated “Drummer Boy of the Rappahannock” to play next Saturday

  • M/M GW Allen, Mrs. Smith, JM Jordan & Joel E Allen, of Garnier’s spent Saturday night and Sunday here
  • John A Early died Monday at 4:30, after a long illness and was buried in Rocky Cemetery Tuesday evening, He leaves a wife, seven children and a host of friends to mourn his death.
  • JE Allen left Wednesday morning for Panama City where he will stay a while
  • Herbert Moller went to Pensacola Saturday, returning Tuesday
  • WJ Hailey left for Wausau Tuesday to accept a position in a store
  • HB Moller & H May went to Laurel Hill Tuesday
  • M/M JB Sutton of Laurel Hill visited relatives here this week
  • M/M JL Heath, M/M JB Sutton & Joe E Allen made a trip to Camp Walton Sunday evening
  • BH Sutton made a business trip to Crestview, Wednesday evening

  • Mr. Eddy would like to know something of the man who formerly lived here by the name of Samuel L. Street. Does anyone know more about him?
