1921 Oct 13– Hector Strickland died Saturday at High Point, NC, he was grandfather of A F and Retta Bullard. Mr Strickland was 91 yrs. Burial was made at his old home place in High Point, NC, Monday October 10.
G H Dixon, charged with murder of S A Wilcox found not guilty. S A Wilcox was killed 17th Mar. in Milton. Dixon told the sheriff he had done the killing in self-defense.
Robert Stinson, resident of Goose Creek died while on visit in Brundidge, Al. Mr Stinson about 70 yrs, is survived by one brother Sam Stinson and a number of relatives.
