The first wedding to occur in Santa Rosa was solemnized Sunday morning [April 22, 1911] when Rev. Stokes made Miss Oakley and Mr. I. Oldes, man and wife in the presence of their immediate relatives. They left on the Capt. Fritz for Pensacola to spend their honeymoon. All join in wishing them a long and happy married life.
