The Breeze – April 21, 1910 – Page 1

On the excursion train Saturday night [April 16, 1910] a white man fell from the train at Ponce de Leon trestle. He was picked up by the train crew and taken to Bonifay and turned over to a physician, who patched up his bruises and left a man to watch him. The nurse went to sleep and when he awoke the patient had vamoosed. A negro woman fell from the same train on the Caryville trestle and broke her neck.
